We had a great stay overall. Clean room with all the facilities needed, including a washing machine. Convenient location with easy access to transportation and just a few steps away from Cevahir mall. Breakfast in-room is lovely and the staff is helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment was quite spacious and well-equipped with all basic necessities, including a washing machine, toiletries that are given daily, and cleaning service. The hotel personnel were polite and helpful; they even provided us with an airport shuttle free of charge. The location of this hotel was perfect; there were many local stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The staff always tried their best to provide enhanced comfort and quality services.

The venue was lovely, I loved the stay and the location was prime really close to Istanbul and the metro station, metrobus and Cevahir AVM and Sisli. The staff was fantastic, as well as host. The breakfast was exceptional with variety of options. Sisli district won't disappoint you. I didn't want to leave, spent wonderful time and do recommend...

Perfect location and staff, I had a VERY COMFORTABLE stay. Nice building and rooms with beautiful decoration. I visited Grillo Restaurant & Bar close to the venue for a few drinks.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to great shopping malls, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are large and clean with great appliances. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making for a great experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The cleaning staff made sure the rooms were always at their best, giving a luxurious feel to the stay.
There was an issue with the drainage system in the bathroom.
